The Sussex ME/CFS Society
is the registered charity that informs,
supports and represents those affected by ME/CFS (Myalgic
Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in East Sussex,
West Sussex, Brighton & Hove, and Kent.

Several informal support group meetings have been set up by members of the society for people suffering from ME/CFS to meet and share ideas and experiences. You do not have to be a member of the society to come along.
One such group currently meets on the First Wednesday of every month at the Riverside Café in Lewes (map). It starts at 10:30am.
